seriously? I mean the imm. official is annoyed the landlord/lady isnt present during the application - never heard that one before. As you already know ( since you gave great advice above) that seems like they are looking for a way to disqualify. Any application with the problem cosigned Thai ID is equal to the person being present and used in all legal documents. Weird to read that. Have a good one.
Nothing wrong with clarifying the terminology if people seek help they must listen to learn. Took me some cycles to understand it myself but otherwise it ends up being a rejection during an application if it's done wrongly or missing the right documents signed in blue ink. It's great to have your help as a group and happy to return the favor.
yes so 2 months before you apply... you need to be back from 400k minimum up to 800k to qualify.. it trips some people up who think they can go down to 400k for the entire remainder of the year. just making sure our combined message is clear.
careful what you say there. rest of the year? the renewal the following year also needs 2 months of 800k. otherwise your advice would fail if they wanted to renew.
Hanoi is walk in then previously pick up next day but last Sept took a week to process. HCMC is appointment in advance (book now if you choose HCMC). Pay attention to all the requirements and book a real onward flight not a fake one. You need to check in on them daily as they don't get around to asking for missing information very dilligently so stay on top of them to get the application processed.
PM me and can chat happy to guide ya but I don't know any agents. I do know the process having done it manually myself. Then you can decide how you go about it.
