Report, turned up to MTT to extend TR60 prior Covid19 extension beyond Nov 30 stamp. Per advise here in one of the threads, for MTT it would be extended from Nov 30 plus 60 days. Not the case. Immigration official said after reviewing my Nov 30.stamp to come back closer to Nov 30 so not to lose many days. Would have given me 2 months from today but doesn't make sense so I left.

Note no other customers. There is a hula hoop in use.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user visited the Immigration Office (MTT) to extend their TR60 visa following a previous Covid-19 extension, but was advised to return closer to the expiration date (Nov 30) to avoid losing days. An official suggested this approach despite an earlier expectation of a 60-day extension.
