What are the steps and processing times for applying for a SETV visa in Ho Chi Minh?
Applying for SETV next week. Did a year before in HK but that's not a good option currently. So we are considering Ho Chi Minh. Website says 2 working days to process. (1) Do they accept only in the morning session for applications? (2) Does 2 working days processing time mean: if we apply next Thursday, we receive passports stamped back on the Friday :or: next business day (Following Tuesday since Monday is a holiday). (3) What other locations would you suggest to fly to if we were to hope to get processing done same day or next business day? Thank you folks...
Answer summary
The user is applying for a Single Entry Tourist Visa (SETV) in Ho Chi Minh after previously applying in Hong Kong. They are seeking clarification on the application process, specifically regarding the timing of submissions (only in the morning), the interpretation of the two working days processing time (impact of holidays), and recommendations for other locations that might offer same-day or next business day processing for the SETV.
