I am from El Cerrito. I dropped off the form at my doctor’s office, he signed it, and I picked it up the next day. Didn’t even see him. I have had the same doctor for 30 years so he knew my health status. Check with your doctor. Ask what they can do.
CW Bangkok asked for a map showing the location of my condo last November. It’s something easy to do before you go. I think this year I will take a picture of myself in front of my condo as well. I tend to over prepare.
I don’t know where you are in the process but it will take a week or two to get married from start to finish. Factor that into your time in the country. That is marriage registration. A Thai ceremony is a whole other matter. I was married last month.
Note that you cannot work in Thailand on an O-A visa. At least those were the conditions of O-A visa I got in the US. Look into those requirements if you were planning on doing anything that looks like work here.
