I have leased a condo from a Thai owner. Is there a blue book for a condo unit? I’m not sure what to ask for. I’m waiting to hear from them about getting signed copies of a blue book and their ID so I can submit a TM30 myself.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the existence of a 'blue book' for a condo unit they have leased from a Thai owner. They are uncertain about the necessary documentation to request and are awaiting signed copies of the blue book and the owner's ID to submit a TM30 form. Comments suggest that the requirements may vary depending on the Immigration Office used.

And it all depends on which Immigration Office you use.
