Is using Bumrungrad Hospital for 90-day reporting more convenient than going to Immigration in Thailand?

There was a conversation thread last week about using Bumrungrad Hospital for 90 day reporting. I’m at the hospital right now.

The business center is on the 10th floor of the first building you come to. You bring your passport and TM47 and leave it with them. They go to Immigration every day. You come back the next day to get your passport. 650 baht

The question is whether coming here two days for 650 baht is better than going to Immigration yourself for about the same amount of money in transportation costs.

It a toss up for me. I will see how I feel in December when my next report is due.
