TLDR : Answer Summary
Charlie is seeking confirmation on the list of documents needed to apply for a retirement extension in Thailand. He has prepared a completed TM7 form, copies of his passport pages, a TM6 departure card, bank statements, a letter from his bank, a recent photo, proof of residence, and a rental contract. He also inquires about the necessity of the Foreign National Information Form and asks if there is anything else he might be missing or doing incorrectly.

And as the OP does not mention the Office where he is going to apply, I close the commenting. It does not make sense to keep this open to get all the specific requirements of more than 70 Immigration Offices.
CW Bangkok asked for a map showing the location of my condo last November. It’s something easy to do before you go. I think this year I will take a picture of myself in front of my condo as well. I tend to over prepare.
