Suggestions for getting 'medical clearance' for non-immigrant O-A visa? Does one have to take all the medical tests requested ... and there are many!  I am in Oakland, California and will apply at Thai consulate in LA.

Also, Labcorp did all my blood tests over many years. They may be able to do some of the tests.

down load the form, take it to your doctor and see what they will decide to do.

Some DO make you do testing, some just sign the form.. That's totally up to your health care provider.

I am from El Cerrito. I dropped off the form at my doctor’s office, he signed it, and I picked it up the next day. Didn’t even see him. I have had the same doctor for 30 years so he knew my health status. Check with your doctor. Ask what they can do.
