the most annoying is 50k limit. My rent is 25k already

I applied in HCM and I had my documents translated to English.

In HCM VN My application was pending for 20 days because I was asked for additional information which I provided right away but stupidly by replying email ( yeah after days waiting I read again and realised that I had to upload on website ) so when I did my application was approved the next day

For your visa issue. My solution : you do visa run to Cambodia border ( 2,5 h from HCM) it depends on your nationality you can do Cambodia visa on arrival at border. Once u exit vn you can apply new evisa to get back to Vietnam. Normally it takes 5-7 days to proceed visa then technically u have to stay in Cambodia the time being but I can provide Vietnam evisa the same day so u just have to wait some hours in Cambodia side then you can come back to Vietnam and back to Hcm the same day. Im not surprised if this happens to Chinese , Vietnamese citizens because of all scam issues lately. So this particular issue has nothing to do with DTV.
