Permission will be granted for a period of not more than 1 year at a time.
(1) The alien has obtained a temporary visa (NON-IM);
(2) Proof of family relationship;
(3) In the case of a spouse, the marital relationship shall be de jure (legitimate) and de facto; or
(4) In the case of a child, adopted child or child of his/her spouse, the said person must not be married, must be living with the family, and must be less than 20 years of age; or
(5) In the case of a parent, the said person shall be 50 years of age or over.
they are a world to themselves there, I went in person to try to sort out best options for me, got two different answers there and gave up, that was after no reply to emails ended up coming on here and getting advice from Tod :-) As they suggested you may be better off going on exemption and extending it, they may loose your new passport otherwise lol between not so royal mail and the embassy.
Thanks for replies. Its not the translation that I was worried about as I can go from embassy and get translation at MFA or any translatore really, the question was related more to getting the MFA to legalse it which used to be offered as an express service for same day collection in afternoon where now it appreas it is collection 2 days later. Pain in the arse as it just means longer stay in BK hanging round.
Yes I have info which says the normal route is 3 days and can also have docs posted , but I read on the forms I have that they offer express service hence my question :-)
No this is legalisation of the affirmation to marry. On all the previous documents I downloaded there is offer of express service if you get there early and you collect the legailised documents later in the day after 2pm.
