When you’re married legally in Thailand and your Thai wife dies before you, you have the legal right to keep living there as the house is matrimonial property and vise versa.

How can I transfer money from my Krungsri FCD account to my THB account now that the rules have changed?

The best thing for the time being is to withdraw TBH from any krungsri atm (30.000 is the limit) then either keep the cash or deposit them in any bank. Until things settle down . My Thai wife told me not to leave money in the bank. Thai people are all withdrawning cash as seen on fb.
