And you said that you live in the south now so you have to go to that imm. office . Hope the hotel or yourself (TM28/TM30) did a change of address as well. When the time is there for a year extension, ask y'r local imm. office for the handout of docs you need.
Also think non imm O multi based on mariage is valid for 1 year and you have to leave the kingdom after 90 days for a border bounce to get another 90 days..

When you come back you have a new arrival card (TM6) number. That number is asked/filled in on y'r TM30 form. So you need to do the TM30 again. Seems rather logical to me.
