TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a residence certificate in Thailand, you typically need to provide the following documents: your passport, a lease agreement, your TM30 (which reports where you're staying), your most recent 90-day report, and possibly 1 or 2 passport-sized photos. Additionally, you'll need to fill out the application form for the residence certificate at the immigration office.

My certificate was all in Thai and only valid for 30 days. I have a yellow book and pink ID card, but rather difficult. Besides this Certificate, I needed a certified copy from my embassy in BKK from my passport, certified translation to Thai at Thai Ministry of Consulair affairs in BKK. Before I got it in my Amphur. But I read verry different stories about that. They wanted an original of the certificate, so that was the second after one needed for my drivers Licence. Good luck !!

But i wanted to get the residence cert on monday for driving licence and yellow book when i get back home
