@Robert *******
Sorry, but Brandon also talks about the 90 day entry itselves. When on that 90 days, no extension' you ALSO can get a re-entry permit !! But ofcourse only valid till y'r last day of y'r entry stamp.

@Robert *******
Well Brandon talks about the non imm. O (Single entry) WITHIN the 90 days. What I understand from the non imm. O multi entry (1 year valid and with every border bounce you get 90 days again) does not exist anymore from the time it has to be asked on the Thai imm. internet site.

Umm I think if y'r non imm. O is based on Mariage (So not retirement) you can have a 60 days Family extension. A bit depending on the imm. office.

@Phil *****
Umm, not sure, but doesn't he meen a Thai visa getting in Vientiane ? Don't know if he needs a tourist visa instead of 60 days exempt entry 🤷‍♂️ Also a bit tricky on his page he says living in BKK 😬

@Ralph ******
Nothing to do with y'r wrong answer 🙄

There is no tourist visa for 3 months. Valid for 3 months but when you enter Thailand, you can stay 60 days. After that you can get 30 days extension at an Imm. office for 1,900฿.

Thaiembassy.com is not a site from a Thai Embassy. Also no date. And last but not least, you have nothing to do with the Thai Embassy, you have to do with Thai Immigration.

And 60 days visa exempt is still active. 30 Days not officially confirmed yet. Also not in the Royal Gazette.

Maybe I overlooked but which imm office you try to apply now ? Then phone a nearby imm. office if they do the "in country non imm. O". Maybe you get answers here for that nearby office or also ask in other groups like

Thai Visa Advice - Q&A or so.
