send them email and explain your situation that you been giving answer about my visa will approve today and its been 3 days, with same answer, maybe they will get it done as email is recorded and can be read as call gets answered and forget sometimes, but be polite :)

Applied on 7th Jan, still no update, I'd recommend if you planning to apply, just be aware that it can take upto 1 month or more, no guarantee
