Has anyone applied for residency in Ho Chi Minh City since Sunday, December 28th? My son's application as a dependent (I've had my DTV since early October) is still pending "Document Check" today.

After my documents were pending approval and then under document check, the embassy requested a clearer bank statement, which I uploaded. It went back to pending approval, and now it’s document check again.
I just got an email from the embassy inviting me to an interview next week.

Just wondered if the application goes from pending document check to pending approval to approved/refused or some of you went straight to the final answer ?
Can any please guide me, the status has changed from "pending document check" to "Finished", but haven't received any email and there is nothing to view when I click on view option opposite to Finished. Please guide me if anyone have been through this.
