Hi everyone!

Does anyone know if I can apply online (as an Aussie passport holder) from Korea?

Or do I need to go to the embassy?

TLDR : Answer Summary
An Australian passport holder in Korea can apply for a Thai visa entirely online via the Thai eVisa portal, which has been operational since January 1, 2025. It's advisable to check the specific requirements, such as the necessity of having a Korean ARC for certain applications, and to confirm details via the Thai embassy's official website.

ALL Thai Embassies/Consulates in the world (if they weren't already on it) switched over to the eVisa online web-portal on Jan 1st 2025

You apply online thru this website

I'd go to another SE Asian country to apply, where the approval results are more predictable.

Korea embassy is 100% online. On whether you can apply to a DTV from there, I think they require you to have a Korean ARC.
