She has to apply via the UK government website and make an appointment at VFS Global in Bangkok to submit documents and get her biometrics taken. The visa costs around £110 and there are charges for biometrics, translating any documents and also for any copies needed.
You need to be more creative with the answers to the questions in the visa application without telling lies. You need to submit ALL documents of any property she owns .. these must be translated, names DOB of her parents and any children. You should hand write a letter stating that you will be paying in full for the trip including air fares and spending money and sign it . State that you will travel to and from the UK on the same flights with ESTIMATED DATES. Add in a copy of your passport. Submit your own bank statement as a supporting document showing you can support her. State that you are aware of the penalties if she does not leave the UK and that she CANNOT work on the tourist/visitor visa.
