I just looked at the Thailand evisa website (UK )

My intention was to look at what types of documentation are required to be completed.

I was surprised that the 90 day non o retirement visa is no longer an option

Can someone advise further

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster expressed surprise regarding the unavailability of the 90-day Non-O retirement visa on the Thailand eVisa website. However, several comments confirmed that the visa is still available and provided helpful tips for applying online, including the recommendation to use a PC for the application process. Additionally, it was mentioned that all visa applications now go through the Thailand eVisa website, and updates regarding other documentation like the TM6 form were also shared.

When applying for the o-visa please do it on a pc or laptop not on the phone, as this will not show all the details on the phone (it's not wide,enough some of the details are left off on the phone, and photocopy pictures in jpac mode

Wail you at it if you are going after the 1may you will need a TM6 off the Internet, I serpose it will be like the o,visa, on the thai embassy website, unless you go before the 1may, those who like me arrived feb ,don't get aTm6 as it was suspended till 1st may (all form with a part asking for tm6 number are be left blank as on the yearly extended one)up till 1may, ok gang

That page is outdated

All visa applications now go through Thailand evisa website

The page I posted still describes the formal requirements for applying for Non O e-visa through the Thai Embassy of London. For applying for the e-visa you use the site Brandon provided.

@Jan *****************
The site Brandon posted has no 90 day non o option I believe?? Brandons post is the official Thai evisa site but I can't see the 90 day non o visa on that site
Brandon ************
@Paul ******
look at the options I used. That's literally the 90 day non-O visa. Same as it has been for over 2 years of evisa

@Paul ******
for what purpose are you trying to get the 90 day Non-O visa? It's definitely still an option but you may be looking in the wrong place

@John *********
My plan is to arrive into Thailand with the non o retirement visa 90 day and then extend said visa for 1 year
John **********
@Paul ******
then you want the option based on being over 50 years old

@John *********
yep

I would of preferred multi entry but they only have single entry for 1st year
John **********
@Paul ******
you can only get a 90 day Non-O visa now. Once you are inside Thailand and have money in a Thai bank for 2 months you can apply for a 12 month extension of stay and get a multiple re-entry permit so you can come and go as much as you wish during that time
Jan ******************
@Paul ******
The multiple entry option for Non O is removed in the e-visa system. You can apply for the one year extension of stay in Thailand and purchase multiple re-entry permits.

@Jan *****************
how and when can you purchase multi entry permits and cost of permits
Brandon ************
@Paul ******
When you can buy it is up to you. But it's only valid for as long as your existing stamp. 1000 baht for single re-entry and 3800 baht for multiple re-entry. It does not add any time to your stamp, only prevents it from being cancelled if you leave. You still have to be back in time to apply for an extension.
Jan ******************
@Paul ******
This is the only way to do it. Non Immigrant visa is for 90 days and you apply based on retirement.

hi Richard

Is that the visa that I have to extend just before 90 day expiry

So that I extend on a single entry 1 year extension
Jan ******************
@Paul ******
Yes you apply for a one year extension after (or before) 90 days on a Non O visa. Just go in the e-visa portal and apply as Brandon illustrates.
Paul *******
ORIGINAL POSTER
@Jan *****************
are you saying that you can apply for 1 year extension using evisa website
Jan ******************
@Paul ******
No, you apply for the 90 days Non O visa through the e-visa website and the one year extension of stay at your local immigration in Thailand.
