I just uploaded a verification from my employer of my position, tenure and remote working status. That was sufficient for my embassy (NL) but other embassies could differ.

Anyway my employment contract is 22 years old and bears no relation to what I'm doing at the moment 😀

Mooi! Did mine also via embassy in NL, went super smooth. Did not ask for flight or accomodation proof.

Only

1. Verification of remote work from employer.

2. KvK Chamber of Commerce registration of company. Which is easy to get online.

3. Verification I am in NL.

4. I added salary slip as extra.

I have applied and received quite a few times TV there so i guess they can check all that as well

You do not get to decide the requirements because it suits you.

Needs to be in a bank account you have immediate access to, like a checking account.

Valid for 5 years from issue date.

The DTV is not really the correct visa to use to go and live in Thailand.

Well my contract is 22 years old and totally irrelevant to my current function and working conditions so I asked my company for a verification letter that states my current job function, length of service and that I am a WFH/remote worker.

This is what I uploaded along with a recent wage slip. This was accepted. Embassy was the Hague, NL. But best to ask the embassy what they need exactly.
