nope, not from Monday. New regulations to stamp out scammers. Even an agent wont help you.

you can't just say 'whatever you call it' talking about visa's etc you have to be exact. People misconstrue comments.

When you enter Thailand you get a 60 day visa EXEMPT stamp if you are from one of the countries eligible for it.

What should US passport holders put for 'Place of Issue' on forms?

Would put Washington or Atlanta or wherever it was issued. Lor dont they have that info on US passports?

What are the experiences of expats leaving and re-entering Thailand to reset their 180-day visa period?

Entered, got 180 days. Week later flew to Taipei on a mileage run. Needed some miles for tier upgrade. Next day flew back to Thailand and got another 180 stamp.

No issues.

I heard they are setting up kitchens and Muay Thai boxing rings at Suvarnabhumi before immigration to test people if they really took the courses and learnt something.
