So, in summary, you have a Non-B Visa and Work Permit that both are not yet cancelled, then have a DTV Visa, and, today, made entry into Thailand with the DTV and got an entry stamp for 180 days under your DTV?

in Thailand, the minimum age for Thai citizens to vote is 18 years old, but, for many things, such as the minimum age for Thai citizens to apply for a Thai passport on their own without any signed parental consent is 20 years old.

Before applying for any Thai Visa, specifically ask the Thai Embassy/Thai Consulate if you can apply for a DTV Visa at age 19 years old for yourself before submitting a Thai Visa application to the Thai Embassy/Consulate.

Personally, I think you can apply for any Thai Visa on your own at age 18 years old....

At the other Friendship Bridges #1 Nong Khai, #2 Mukdahan, #4 Chiang Rai (and should be at #3 Nakhom Phanom), have given USD $100 and received change back in USD and paid $40 Dollars, not 2000 Baht.

But, very sad that you had a bad experience at Friendship Bridge #3 Khammouane for your Lao VoA!

Did you try paying with USD $40 in crisp, clean (new) US Dollar banknotes?? before paying 2000 Baht for the Lao Visa on Arrival (Lao VoA) at Friendship Bridge 3 (Nakhon Phanom)
