I'm in a restaurant, aircon , two refrigerators and one freezer, many lights electric hot water system . I just paid my bill yesterday 1884.00 baht. You need look at the price you are being charged per unit the government rate is just over 4 baht and I have seen landlords double the price and more. This needs to be looked at before you sign your lease agreement.

I'm in Chiang Rai they were very clear in explaining when I should report. They stapled the when to report paper to the back of my passport, and explained that no more paperwork needed , just report within 15 days before the due date until 7 days after. They speak english extremely well and the instructions we're clear. It was my first 90 day report.
