A question for DWP it’s linked to residency, if he resumes UK residency, he will be entitled to future increases, it’s not backdated……and he can’t simply go back claim his pension increase and leave again…….only DWP will be able to give you the details….

2 and one of them got a 2 year ban after a night in a cell at the airport , agent turned him over big time……..was in the days of the education visas but principle is the same ……..

9 months doesn’t sound like a tourist visa, you may get away with it for a while but then you will be challenged by immig to get the correct visa for purpose of your stay.

That’s exactly what immig want - less hassle for them and the wheels greased - once you are trapped , expensive to escape their clutches, and if something goes wrong you are in rhe brown stuff and on the way to the airport.

Must just be Phuket, they say they have to wait for Bangkok to send, Hua Hin closer I guess

and the most painful to deal with, zero interest on deposits and make you wait a week for statements for visa renewal also lied about online banking (we had a joint account) switched to SCB 4 years ago statements and letter while you wait and 2.5% on my 800k never looked back they also closed their branches in Rawai - so glad we moved.
