You can do it if you already have a Thai bank account. If no thai bank account, you need to leave and get a visa outside Thailand.

When I used to transfer to Krungthai, it was almost always instant. But Krungthai no longer allow me to transfer mor than 50,000 per transfer, out and transfers in aren't listed as International, so switched my monthly transfers to BBK

My monthly transfers to Bangkok Bank usually clear at 2pm, but can take a few days if there's a bank holiday... The longest delay was 4 days, so had to adjust my pocket money transfers by 5 days.... Been no problems so far.

Bangkok bank lists all international transfers as International, regardless of the reason selected in Wise app and transfers out are not limited to 50,000 baht

since changing to Wise, from transfer wise, it operates and is regulated as a bank, however, since they have no branches and do not lend money, it is classed as a online financial institution...

Mobile app locked, not account. Try the online banking.

Do you still have the sim card, active in your name? Maybe the number has been given out to someone else...

No problem getting certificate of residence if the hotel filed the tm30, but a lot of banks want a yellow house book, lease agreement or work permit, to open accounts... Started back in 2018

Depends on the province...

For example, I've been paying my pension into my Thai account for 3 years and now that I want to switch to retirement visa based on monthly income, my local immigration office won't accept bank statements, they insist on a proof of income certificate from the British Embassy... British embassy only do tea parties, so this certificate is unobtainable... Hence I need an agent...

You are supposed to to have proof of income, into a thai account, for 12 months, before it can be used for conversions or extensions. Weather or not it will be accepted, depends on the immigration officer
