well Brandon , I have done my homework here in Australia !!!! You are correct to a degree ! Yes you can get an E-Visa however the procedure here it seems you still have to front up to embassy !!!! This can be verified by others also ,!!! So I sujest you do some more homework mate before " throwing stones ""⁉️

yes Ning is a good idea , however totally depends on where you live ! According to embassy ( Sydney in this case ,) you have to appear in person ! For myself & many others is a logistical & financial nightmare ! ( 2 flights , taxis , accomodations & living expenses etc) Is cheaper & less frustrating to just get an agent!!

that amazing Phil ! Well done ! It just astounds me of some of the ridiculous budgets that bandid around & totally skewing the rental market for legitimate retiree's & Thai renters !!

very good point Phil !! I have also noticed ,& heard this scenario as many farangs ripping off other more vulnerable farangs & up and coming " entrepreneurial real estate agents"" with only ,"one goal"!!!
