thanks Tod.... I wasn't sure whether they were still doing the covid extensions or not.. and it's been a long time since I was last here without a visa. . Thai airways didn't bat an eye lid btw, with me not having a return ticket.

just to clarify... i'm on a non o visa extension. And here in Korat it takes 7 days after the last jab, to get the certificate of vaccination. it also take 7 days after the last jab to get the vaccination passport too. but just the certificate is ok.

. Of course it's not harder.. I meant. It's easier for them, not to have to deal with a foreigner.

They like to just keep it in Thai names. It's easier for them.. including when you buy cars or anything else that has paperwork. They're happy to take the foreigners money, but don't want to give to any rights .. But yes of course you can.. Just kick them up the arse and tell them to do it.
