"I need to travel back to the UK asap.. But I need to wait until I've had my last Pfizer vaccination on the 26th October. I then need to wait 14 days before I can fly and 7 more days to get a vaccination certificate. This takes me upto the 16th of November, but my visa expires on the 13th November."
So my question is.. what can I do about the 3 days between my visa expiring and being able to fly. ? I don't like the idea of overstaying for 3 days. What can I do. ?
Thanks
TLDR : Answer Summary
An expat needs to travel back to the UK after receiving their last Pfizer vaccination, but faces a visa expiry issue. Their visa expires on November 13, while they cannot fly until November 16 due to waiting periods related to the vaccination certificate. Suggestions include applying for a 60-day extension based on being unable to travel due to COVID-19, contacting immigration for advice, or discussing a possible rescheduling of the vaccination appointment to facilitate travel.
