What happen if the tm 30 was filed wrong with the spelling mistake of my passport name, number, and birthday. Is it easy to amend it?

You have to ask your landlord to amend it on the website or easiest is to register the correct information. Your landlord has the password to the address.

If do online better not to bother amend something which probably doesn’t exist in the data base. As your Passport number is wrong when she registered you in manually, your correct passport will be recognized by the computer as a unique new Person.

 I think once she registered landlord ID online. It’s easier to start anew and register you in as new tenant at the current date online.

Yes get them to correct it. Print out a copy. Take it with you. Go to immigration real early since you may have to wait in both a tm30 line and a extension line
