That looks the same as my O-A from about 6 years ago. It doesn’t boil down to much really. The health Insurance is the main headache. Next up is finding a reasonable doctor will sign of 5. with no drama.
I lived in Isaan for 5 years. The villagers were confused I wanted to learn only Thai and not Isaan. My Thai just caused a confused look on their face. Trying to speak Thai in a tourist destination is easier as they understand farang-Thai better.
I fly with Eva. Last time was mid July. I never bother booking the seat until online checking opens. Never had an issue. The seats are actually very good.
I just go to a private GP and they eyeball me. Those are chronic illnesses that would be evident. Of course if you go to a private hospital they will be only too glad to give you £££ worth of tests and waiting time. Nobody is going to follow up anyway.
