You’ll only be asked if you go to immigration for something the it’s 2000 baht fine no matter how many you missed the airport doesn’t care

Depends on your country if your only staying the weekend then I see no problem using an exempt stamp my neighbor has been doing a month then work a month for at least 15 years no problem,make sure you cancel your work permit and extension before you leave
