(Vietnam/Taiwan/Jakarta) Did anyone HAD to submit NOTARIZED bank statements?
As far as I understand you just print out the bank statements (in english?)...
...and maybe hand in an additional screenshot of the bank account on the current day, just to be sure.
(The only case where I read that they must be notarized was in Laos)
-Thank you in advance for your replies
TLDR : Answer Summary
The consensus among expats indicates that notarized bank statements are generally not required for visa applications in Jakarta and Taiwan. Standard English bank statements suffice for these locations, and applicants may also provide a current screenshot of their bank account for added assurance. Notarization appears to be a consideration only in certain contexts, such as in Laos.
