I sent them an email last week and they told me. The balance at the day of application just needs to be 500k.

I haven't heard any stories yet confirming those extra documents in Taipei. Taipei and Jakarta are the most chill embassies at the moment. However, I would not take a risk by not bringing those documents. Vientiane also changed it overnight suddenly.

To play it 100% safe, you will need to bring the following:

-Letter of doctor stating the treatment and appointment(s)

-Receipt

-Appointment card (could be mentioned in the letter

- Medical certificate

All stamped with the hospital or clinics official stamp.
