yeah I was just gonna post a reply saying almost the same. They need a good job with their own salary monthly into a bank a/c in their name. Letter from employer saying they still have a job when they return. Family, children, husband, wife etc. As many reasons as possible for them to come back to Thailand after the UK trip.

does she have a good job here with her own monthly salary in her bank book? Does she have many good reasons to come back here? Family house children job etc. Does she have a letter from her employer giving her time off and her job back when she returns. All that greatly increases her chances.

check out all the real estste agents and they will help u find one. There are many at the 2 or 3 million baht mark but they are very small about hotel room size!
