Trying to do my 90 day report online but keep getting a pop up box stopping me from going to page 2. I had this prob last time I tried to do it online. My report is due on 29 Sept and I have done it before in person at CW many times.

Can anyone help?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you're experiencing difficulties submitting your 90-day report online in Thailand, common troubleshooting steps include ensuring your pop-up blocker is disabled, turning off auto-fill and auto-translate features, and verifying you are entering your TM6 details correctly. It's also advised to try using a different browser or clearing your cache, and to ensure you file your report within the specified time frame. If issues persist, visiting the immigration office in person may be necessary.

ok, we're done. Good Luck to the O/P but all we're doing is going around in circles. :(

If the 90 day online report system does not work, AND you’re within the proper timeframe, AND you already filed one 90 day report in person, there are some troubleshooting techniques you can use to try and get the system to work for you.

1. Make sure you’re filling in the information, and only the information, requested.

2. Make sure you are keying in the date and month correctly

3. Turn off any pop-up blockers

4. Turn off any auto-translate

5. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using - including any data saving applications

6. If you’re using one of the applications, use the web-based system

7. If you’re using the web based system, try using a different browser and clear the cache.

8. Make sure your web browser isn’t automatically filling in the forms.

9. Make sure you aren’t confusing “O”(Oh) with “0” (zero)

10. If you’re keying your date manually, try using the drop-down date selection box

If the system still doesn’t work, then you may need to file it in person.

Try again tomorrow. I had the problem one time that it would not accept my email address. A few hours later it worked out fine.

It also won’t let you do it to early or if you are to late either I think it has to be at least 7 day before the report date but not more than 15 days. But Tod will clear that up as I’m only guessing

thks Martin I know all that. The date is within the time frame.

Turn off pop up blocker, turn off auto fill, turn off auto translate, use the calendar to select dates. remember your TM6 arrival departure card is TWO letters followed by FIVE numbers (those I's look like 1's and those O's look like 0's sometimes) DO NOT put in any flight data.

If you still get the error you're getting you have to go in person

what the earliest you can do online 90 day reporting and the latest ? There is a time frame as I’ve been caught out with it before.
