Irish passport. Chaengwattana. TM30 self file.

Hi there. I am planning to go and try to self file my TM30 as my landlady doesn't want to go and spend time in CW.

I think I have all the docs for this but I have 1 question.

If I go and self file do I need a Power of Attorney doc? And if so where do I get it?

Thanks.
