When the landlord does the TM30 registration online and gives me the username and password can u tell me if the website is in Thai or English when I try to register my movements.

I assume it's in Thai only so I still can not register my movements even if the landlord does it online ... I cannot read Thai.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 registration system is primarily in Thai. However, there is an option for English on the mobile app and some parts of the online portal. It's recommended that the landlord handles the registration to ensure it is correctly submitted, as there is a simple process they can follow. Many users report being able to register movements efficiently using their landlord's login details, and it's advised to take screenshots for proof of registration.

And sorry for you all, but these questions are discussed over and over again on this page. It may all be new for you, but there is a Search option available to use on Facebook pages and this page has also a list of populair topics, if you choose a topic, you will only see topics about the same subject like this group about the TM30 address registration.

I did write a very long story about this address reporting in Dec 2018 and i kept on updating it. There is even a Q&A in that topic with all the answers to questions i read here. But to repeat: "Land owners House owners, the possessor, heads of household, landlords or managers of hotels who accommodate foreign nationals on a temporary basis who stay in the kingdom legally, must notify the local immigration authorities within 24 hours from the time of arrival of the foreign national."

and on return? Even from wherever you’ve inside or outside the country you have to report correct?
Robert *******
it is not true, if you leave the country nobody cares where you stayed.

The system is very simple to use if you have got your landlords log-in details. Except for the first screen, where you click 📂 to get to the page to enter your details, everything is in Thailand AND English.

I have successfully used my landlords log-in details to do a TM30 and have been to Immigration since to do 90-day report. No issued at all.

@James *******
the answer I required has not been answered before. Not that I could find.

It’s in Thai. If your landlord is registered in the system just get him to do it and screenshot the result so you have proof it’s been done.
