Stelar Lumen I’ve often been told incorrect things by IOs especially in the South. You must first convert your tourist visa to the Non-O 90 day visa. Make sure you have minimum 15 days left on your current visa when applying but more is preferred.

I would say it should be there in about 1-2 days then if they can make contact. I never checked an update with Bangkok. I saw another woman here say it also took 10 days from when they mailed it from the U.S. to reach her address. 🤞🏻

Hi there. I just received my U.S. passport replacing an emergency passport. Took 4 weeks and received it 10 days after the U.S. State Department website said it mailed it from the U.S. Did you purchase the courier pass back service online and send the embassy the e-mail receipt with your application- for return shipping? I hope it comes any day now!

Are they paying for your flight? That seems a bit much for the first interview.

For me in March 2020 it was apply one day, pick up 1 or 2 days later. I’m not sure if things are different now though. I’m sure you can search in this page for more recent experiences. Good luck.

yeah idk I haven’t heard of that happening much but maybe you had that experience or know someone.
