It is a line for thai citizens at Nong Khai. But don't think it is at Muktahan

oh ya missed that out , but i guess thai citizen can always queue with foreigner . At least from my experience

from my experience, if with a thai, you can both use the Thai line at that crossing. Used it many times in the past. Used the Thai line with first Thai GF, later with Thai wife. Also once used it alone as there were 0 queue on that, and many foreigner queueing up, so they sent some to the Thai line.
