it was doing my head in after changing my number. Every one I talked to said going to the original branch was the only option, until I spoke with the guy that said to do this and it worked!

tbh. There might be something in this. I changed numbers and my branch is far away. Lots of calls etc and one said to change my number on an atm. It worked! Worth trying
