 I live on Koh Phangan. Do I get those 2 documents at the same place that they register vehicle?There isn’t a motor vehicle dept other than: Limpiphong Vehicle Checking Center.

Do I just ask officers at the Thailand border where to buy it and can I get it easily and quickly?
