After having done three border run this year and had already gotten one tourist visa, I am wondering if I could have an issue coming back to Thailand with a second tourist visa that I would apply in Penang?

I will plan to have either a student, work or business visa soon yet because I only have 30 days left it might be too short of time for these.

My intuition tells me that even if I get the visa I could have issue at the border.

Is there such a thing as “negative consequence” border refusal stamp?

If you do get refused at one border, can you try to go to another border the same day?
