Chiangmai immigration has a separate window for reentry permits. With an appointment should be quick and easy.

Unfortunately, “good till the date on visa”, or 08 June, was the last date you could use the visa to enter Thailand. It has nothing to do with the length of your stay which is 60 days from entry.

It’s really not complicated. They are expecting you on the 12th along with everyone else for that under consideration date. If you go early your paperwork most likely won’t be ready as they will be prepared for people coming for those dates.

You said OR. Isn’t that affidavit the form they give out at Chiangmai immigration for COVID-19 extensions? Don’t you just have to fill it out yourself and hand it in with the other documents?

Robert is talking about a non o bought from an embassy versus a non o obtained within Thailand. They definitely have different requirements for where the money comes from. Seasoning is only for extensions which is not the OP’s issue.
