So I tried this and my application got rejected. what gives?

Items of suspect:

No place in the form to put your arrival card number

No place in the form to say what type of visa you have

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user's application for the 90-day reporting was rejected due to potential oversights in the online application process, including missing fields for the arrival card number and visa type. The new online system does not allow agents to modify submissions, meaning even small mistakes lead to automatic rejections. It is also noted that for first-time online users or those with address changes or recent passport reissues, in-person reporting may still be required. Community members suggest ensuring that address details match the TM30 registration exactly and recommend reapplying in case of rejection.

the fact you don't put a TM6 departure card number OR the type of visa you have (unless it's a BOI one) has NOTHING to do with whether you can or can't use the online 90 day program

You have to get the address EXACTLY as it is registered in the TM30 system (building name, house number, (neighborhood number) Soi name/number, street name OR the system will reject the application.

Good news is if you're rejected you can apply again.

You say you "changed visas" since your last 90 day report, how about stating what you were on and what you went to this time. That MIGHT have reset your 90 day reporting OR it might not have and you'd have had to keep reporting on your current time line

I tried doing my 90 days report online yesterday and the form doesn’t even show up, so couldn’t have access to the form. And this was after registering with my email

do you have pop up blocker or some other thing activated on your browser?

once you log in you should get TWO choices, Apply for a new 90 day report OR check the status on an existing report

you done 90 days before??

If it’s your first time doing it online then probably that’s why it got rejected. Also if you moved address or changed passport they will probably reject it too

Many people have had success using the new system for their first report.

With the old system, the immigration agent could correct small mistakes and approve your application. With the new system they can't modify your entry at all, so even a tiny mistake will get it rejected.

I used this website last night, first you need to register and obtain a password.

Once past that hurdle you simply answer the questions. For example name, address, passport number and date you last entered the country. Submit and wait for email.

BUT if first time report or new passport you need to apply in person

Being 90 days inside the country has not much to do with what kind of visa you used to enter this country.

Question is do you need to make 90 day's report?

ask your local Thai immigration office...or call the Thai Elite card care number...as you do need to file a 90 days report.
