 you are missing the point he is on a Non O Visa. He doesn't do a 90 day report until he gets his one year extension.

Why is my Netflix not working with Nord VPN despite previous success?

I use Exoress VPN. I have the same problem but it usually doesn't happen for an hour or so. What I do is turn off Netflix and the VPN then turn everything back on and it's good for another hour or two.
