same as always it’ll only be “talked” about. People (Thai and otherwise) don’t even understand how the law works in relation to any pardon here because the entire subject-matter is used solely as propaganda. He first has to be remanded to the state in custody and deal with the charges that don’t require statute of limitations before he can even be considered for a royal pardon. His best chance was when his sister had “some” influence. He’ll never set foot on Thai soil unless they literally change MANY laws including amnesty provisions.
this is speculation right now but since the person behind these requirements is high up the food chain it could happen. Also you need to consider the new government hasn't taken over yet.
