Are TM30's linked by passport number or name. For example I stayed in a hotel in Pattaya for several days. Used my Thai drivers license for check in. I am assuming I will have to submit a new TM30 now that I am back home. Non 0 visa with marraige under consideration. Thanks for the info.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 forms are linked by passport number, but you can use your Thai driver's license, which contains your passport number, for filing. After a hotel stay, it is typically required to submit a new TM30, but requirements can vary by immigration office. For long-term visa holders, brief stays may not necessitate a new form, but some provinces, like Maha Sarakham, may only require updates for international travel or permanent moves.

Update Maha Sarakham Province immigration does not require an update TM30 unless you travel outside the country or move.

If you're on a long term visa extension immigration doesn't get concerned if you go someplace on just a long weekend. They expect that, at least in Bangkok.

Yes you will have to make a new tm30, if that's what you normally do for your immigration office as every immigration office is different some say don't worry and some say we want one each time you go on holiday

You have to have a passport number to file TM30. But your Thai DL has your passport number on it.
