I took four weeks vacation time from my job. The Uni where I worked, gave me a letter stating that my last day of work was the day my extension ended. I went to immigration the letter and they canceled my extension on my last day. I then applied for a retirement extension. I got it three weeks prior to my work extension expired. I had to prove that I originally came in on a tourist visa though prior to my orinal non b extension. I even changed provinces.

You are broadly bent out of shape about nothing. You must be using the monthly method for a non-o extension. If not, u need to do your homework.
