I have been living in Thailand since obtaining my retirement Visa in early February and now I am ready to update my US address with social security. Any issues with not reporting my move after several months that I should be worried about? The paperwork says to report a foreign address within 3 months.

Not sure if you’ve read all the requirements but she will need to be married to you for at least 10 years before she’s eligible. This holds true for American-to-American marriages.

If she is not a US citizen, she would have to live the States for five years or more.
