you won't laugh any more when you find out that you cannot get a bank account opened on a touristic entry (which is needed for the retirement visa & extension)

Fly savannakhet apply non o. Go immigration and ask letter to bank you need account to extensionof staying inkingdom. Open account. Deposit. Season it 2months and apply extension👌

Do it yourself. Using Swift has nothing to do with the 800,000 baht required and no proof of international transfer.
Jim *******
Really? Using SWIFT to transfer money from a large overseas bank into a Thai bank account shows like what if not as "International transfer"?

If you need it all non-o,extension,bank account and multi re entry I’m seeing 45-60k baht just get the non - o at home or a neighboring country come back open a bank account transfer the 800k at least 2 months before the extension and do it yourself 1900 baht 3800 for multi re entry

Would you considered doing it yourself? It’s pretty straightforward process. Especially that you have the required funds and willing to submit it for approval.

The only part it might be a challenge is open a bank account but it’s durable.

I am Thai and helping my friend getting his, Ive learn so much! If you have a question feel free to ask.

I did The US’s visa, PR and Citizenship for me and my children all by myself. It’s so much fun learning!

You have the 90 day O visa? Then need back account to be opened , you put your money in and then then they do the 12 extension for you, if so then about 20k baht
